I can't use premium features in Photoshop Express on my iPhone!

I have subscription plan, that includes Photoshop Express on mobile devices. Everything worked good, until I switched to iPhone 12. I'm signin in to my Adobe account without any problems, but I can't use premium features anymore, unless I buy another subscription. This is nonsense. Please someone tell my why.

    I have the same issue. Social sign in is not supported and no access to Premium features. I cannot access my one year premium subscription and I cannot even qualify for a free trial to access the features on another account. Photo Shop Premium is a rip off! I will not renew in September 2024 and I have cancelled the annual subscription going forward. Waste of money! Incompatible with iPhones and iOS 17.

      Yeah same. I just got the subscription today, and I'm getting the same issue.

      Hi,

       

      We're sorry about the trouble while trying to access the premium features in Photoshop Express. Would you mind telling us if you bought the subscription through the Google play store of the Apple App store?

       

      You can try going to the settings of Photoshop premium, then tap on your email ID & select the option to Restore Purchase.

      Just subscribed to Photoshop Express Premium with an iPhone 11 running the latest software. Opening screen looks exactly the same as non-premium version. No "Mix" button as far as I can see.

      I am having the same issues after upgrading to 15 MaxPro! Please help. This is so frustrating!!!
