No, Photoshop Express is not part of Creative Cloud.

No, you do not have to pay to use it.

Hey it's not part of Creative Cliud but you have to pay Premium to use it to full extent ! So it's not FREE!

If you subscribe to Creative Cloud or Photoshop, then Photoshop Express Premium is included.

So I’m already into Adobe for $80+ per month for CC & Stock & now they want me to pay an extra $4-$5 per month to use PS Express Premium on my phone? Way to nickel & dime us to death, Adobe. 😐

I have adobe creative cloud subscription. On iOS most current photoshop express app I cannot log in with my creative cloud account. There's simply nowhere to allow logging in except for starting free trail. This app needs a fix.

It's ridiculous and I would go so far to say that they are doing a great deal of work to hide or limit the negative feedback online as well. I have two creative cloud accounts (work and personal), both of which I'm considering canceling. They e had enough of my money for several years
