I've paid for the extra features and now instead of getting the option to select photos you can access it won't let me use the app without allowing you access to ALL my photos. Either put it back to having an option or refund me for a service I can no longer use because I refuse to give anyone complete access to all photos on my phone!
Found a workaround (at this time). Cancel the dialog by hitting the X in the upper left corner and the the next dialog allows selecting specific photos.

Hi there,
Sorry that you do not like the process of the app accessing your images so that they can be used and managed on your phone.
I am not sure what is the exact message you're seeing regarding the permissions message, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the same?
It would really help if you can share your feedback on our community: https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family Since this forum is monitored by our engineers, they will review it for future product development.
Thanks,
Akash

There is no longer an option to allow selected photos only. It's all or nothing access to photos or you cannot use the app. If this is a policy change by Adobe that forces all or nothing access to photos it is a violation of trust. And I too want a refund. If this is poor QA testing then let's stop experimenting on paying customers.

I absolutely will not allow Adobe to have access to all my photos! All my photos are copyrighted. Due to this ridiculous change, you can count me a former user of any Adobe products.

This is a security feature from Apple, not from Adobe.

Apple did not make up a "security feature" that only applies to Adobe.

I agree with the others. I just uploaded PS Express on my iphone. You can select the option to 'just use the photos you select', but this does not work - it just puts you on the settings page, apparently waiting for you to change the access. Very weird. If there really is no option other than all photo I will make do without this Adobe product thank you. A very good opportunity to add a customer defeated by your lawyers (or at least I hope it's just the lawyers).
