I go into preferences and change resize from original to 2000.  When I save a photo. It saves as original still and when I go back to preferences my selection has charged back to original.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble with resizing in Photoshop Express. We're here to help.

Which version of Photoshop Express and iOS are you using? Does this happen with all images or a particular file? How are you saving the image?

Did you try rebooting the device?

If still the issue persists, reinstall the application.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Ranjisha

I rebooted. Deleted and reinstalled app. Still won’t resize. Tried multiple pics.  PE Version 22.172.  IOS 15.4.1.  When I go to save, it kicks back to original.

Thanks

Thanks for the info. Try to disable the auto-connect setting in Photoshop Express, select App settings > Preferences > Reset Photoshop Connections, and click Yes. Let us know if it helps.

He was using PS Express on the iPhone. I have the same problem, and none of the recommendations have restored the resizing feature when saving a copy. The controls are there, but the saved file remains the original size.

You can try the attached screenshot to solve the problem.

Open your Photoshop, go to "Image Size" menu. Then put the dimensions of your required size and get wow results.

Try using Adobe Photoshop to create a clipping path and resize the image in the best possible way.
