PS Express suddenly "not available in your region"

What the heck? 

I've had the Photoshop Express app on my iPhone for many months. I use the "Lens" menu a lot, for portraits. 

This menu stopped working two days ago. Crashes the app. Restarted my phone etc, and still crashes. Only this menu. All other menus like adjustments etc are all OK. 

So I went to iPhone's App Store app to confirm if there's some kind of an update for this idiotic little issue with an otherwise working app. Now the app is totally gone from Canada! "Not available in your region".

Hi @NearlyNormal, Thanks for reaching out! I want to inform you that Photoshop Express is still available for use by existing customers but is not currently available for new downloads in the App Store in select markets. This is to better enable customers to find the latest Photoshop on the iPhone app.

When will the photoshop app be available to new users or for download again? I had the app at one point but with the new features would like to download it again but unable to since I am getting the same message. 

Is there another app name we need to look for?

I had to get a new iPad because someone stepped on my old one and broke it, now i cant redownload the app.  Am I still an existing customer? I have it my iphone but its not the same experience.  Can you let us know what markets it is still available in?

Same issue! I just paid for a one year membership and the app was glitching so I deleted it and was going to reinstall it and now I can't. Are you going to refund me what I paid since I can't get the app back?

how can you sell this if you can't download it?

The same thing happened to me which is why I came on here.

Just now, I was able to download Adobe Photoshop: Image Editor from the App Store. It synced with my account. 

So is this what us Canadians only have access to now? It seems to be 5 years old and doesn't compare to what we had before. I had a ton of mobile presets that have disappeared and don't see anyway to add them. So frustrating...
