When the photoshop opens, the refurbished files are downloaded, then the photoshop completely freezes, does not respond to pressing. I tried to reinstall it, it does not help. Please, tell me what to do

Hi

Try holding down old Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. The timing can be tricky but if you get it right you will get a message prompting you to delete the current settings. Accept this. A new preference files will be created when you start Photoshop.

Hopefully that will get you in.
