A question regarding the liquify filter in Photoshop.

Its just not there. I have been using Photoshop for work for several years now, and I ran into a problem when I installed 2021, there is no "Liquify". What to do? I can't just find it)) The object is rasterized.

Is your GPU supported does it show in Preferences Performance? A lot of things seem to be missing in your screen capture... Try resetting your Photoshop Tools and Preferences...
