Adobe has the monopoly and we have to pay!

Adobe has the monopoly in creative apps and we are basically forced to use it because we started using their apps years ago. Sure - there are alternatives, but it will take years to switch over a whole business workflow.

Adobe brings out an update... All looks cool... and then the one bug creeps in and production is halted! I am sick and tired of this. Trying to contact their support is like finding a pea in a huge maze! I was supposedly 1st in line and had to wait 7 minutes... then I became 2nd in line, 14 minutes... then 3rd, 22 min!! Who are these virtual celebrities who's money is worth more than mine???

I pay the same dollar for the same product! I expect to get the support I am paying for but most of all I am expecting to pay for something that works!!

The previous version of Photoshop had memory issues working with large files when it was launched... The support representative acknowledged this and it was supposedly fixed in a later update. Now immediately after the latest update I try to use the spot healing brush on a small layer and get the error that there's not enough memory to perform the action?? System resources shows memory usage at 23%... Using the spot healing brush on a bigger object in the same file works!? How do you explain this?

Contacting accounts support... got through in a matter of seconds! Just shows where the priorities lie in Adobe!
