Adobe Master Collection CS3 Activation - No Connection?

I cannot activate my CS3 master collection that I have purchased for over a thousand dollars from a college that I attended a few years ago when I attended for web design and multimedia. I haven't used the program for a few years because I got injured and disabled (bodily disabled) but I realize that I could take the advantage of this and try to freelance a web design through the internet instead of going to a company building in person so I decided to get back into the action but one problem - activation: no connection? My connection is fine, at 150mpbs. I did some search, saw that an instruction for me to activate is to uninstall the CS3 adobe master collection and I don't have the computer that I was using because it crashed. Now, that I have this new computer and I am ready to at least try to get some money from web work as I am disabled so this could help me to have an income but this activation no connection is preventing me from doing so. I would love to know why this is doing and how can I do this because I have spent over $1000 for this so I would like to use what I own (permanently).
