I wanna know if there's any chance that Windows 32-bits users will get new Photoshop updates. I really want the latest version of PS CC (20.0), but it says I can't download it because I have a 32-bits OS.

Adobe discontinued 23-bit versions of many of their applications, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro and more.
So no, sorry You'll need to upgrade to 64-bit machine.

I think it's not fair, since many users don't have access to 64-bits machines.
How can I upgrade my machine to 64-bits? Is there any safe way?

If your machine doesn't support 64 bit operating systems, then you'd have to get another machine that does.
Your sure your machine doesn't support 64 bit?

I have just checked and it does support 64-bits, even though now is runnin on a 32-bits SO. The only problem now is that I'm not a computer technician and I don't want to ruin my computer, so I guess I'll just have to wait for my family to agree to take the computer to the tech guys.
Thanks for the all the help!
