Adobe Photoshop CC 2020 Crashing/Freezing - Windows 10 64 Bit

Since I updated to Photoshop CC 2020, it will crash or just freeze on startup randomly.

Sytem Specs:

- Dell XPS 15 9570

- Windows 10 Professional 64-bit

- Intel Core i7-8750H CPU

- 16GB RAM

- 512GB Samsung 970 Pro m.2 SSD

- Intel UHD Graphics 640

- Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti w/ Max-Q Design

Everything worked fine in the 2019 release. I've never had issues with my system until I upgraded to the 2020 release. I keep seeing people saying to disable the graphics card in Photoshop, but I can't even get into the preferences, so I'm not really sure how I'm supposed to do that.

Hi Robert,

Sorry to hear about Photoshop 2020 crashing and freezing, have you tried updating the graphics drivers from Nvidia's website and see if it helps?

Do you have 2 gpu's in the computer?

Sahil

Same here on an Acer Predator Helios 300, same GPU as above.
