Adobe Photoshop won't run error 150:30

Have been running photoshop for years. Now I get this message:

Licensing for this product has stopped working.... Requires restart...

But that does not help.

Error code seems to be: 150:30

Hello, did you get the prompt asking if you want to delete the preferences?

Also, did you try resetting your preferences: hold CTRL+ALT+SHIFT as soon as you click on the photoshop icon. (
CMD+OPT+SHIFT on a Mac)
