Hello,
I've had my CS3 copy for years obviously. Always worked fine. Recently with the server shutdown I followed the instructions to the letter to reactivate my copy. Of course it fails. No matter what I try, I keep getting an error "Adobe Photoshop CS3 cannot be installed because it conflicts with: Adobe Photoshop CS3"
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? I should note, the installation is being done on an entirely new system, yet from what I can gather, the installer thinks the app is already on the system , given the context of the below message.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Robertm,
As you're receiving error regarding a conflict with Photoshop CS3, could you please try this cleaner tool and uninstall Photoshop CS3 and remove it's files then try installing Photoshop CS3 again and let us know if it helps?
Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Sahil

Hi Robert,
I'm wondering if you solved your problem and if so, how? Did you try the Creative Cloud Cleaner and did it work?
I used AppCleaner to remove Photoshop CS3 and I'm getting the same error message.
If someone from Adobe chimes in, I'd also like to know why my Illustrator CS2 registration number is not being recognized, so that I can get a new serial number for it, as I did for InDesign and am trying to do for Photoshop.
