After Update Big sur ...photoshop doesn't open Rawfiles anymore?

Is there a solution to open raw files in "Big sur". After the update Photoshop opens 'raw file' as jpg? And new raw files were'nt recognize?

Try downgrading your Camera raw from 13.1 to 12.4
