All my workspaces (interface settings), my actions, brushes, plugins and panels... ALL disappeared! I've got a virgin default PS! And I spent a lot of time digging in old setting's folders of previous versions of PS for finding all my presets etc. Then I was forced to copy-past all of it to corresponding folders of the new PS.
BTW, after updating from 21 to 22 was the same. And it made me crazy that time. It's a fail even for the big update. But when it happens inside the one version (22.3 --> 22.3.1) -- it's really outrageous!
