All my filters and panels are gone in 22.3

I have the same problem. for me the solution was to install a lower version of photoshop. I installed version 22.2 so that all plugins and panels work. i use a mac mini with apple m1 chip and mac os big sur. on a windows device all panels work even with the latest photoshop version ... strange. at the moment the only solution
