All of my options are blank in export layers to files

Hello,

Every time I try to export my layers to files the export menu has blank options, so I have no idea what I'm choosing. This also happens with the scripts section. It doesn't happen everywhere though. I am running Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 version 20.0.6, and macOS Big Sur 11.1. I have attached a picture of the screen. "Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope."

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Unfortunately, that didn't do the trick. Thank you for responding though. I'm not sure what is happening. Has anyone else had this issue?
