AMD ryzen 5 3600 vega graphics upport in Adobe Apps like Ps, Pr, Lr

I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor with Vega graphics. Is it compatible with adobe parcel? apps get stuck when entering or exporting files (LR-PR- and PS)
