in photoshop there is a timeline, and you can import audio, for the past few days the audio wont play. What fixes it most of the time in closing and reopening photoshop or a simple restart. Ive tried this and its not working, i also have it so audio should play and its not mute. This is the first time since ive been doing this its done this.Screenshot (68).png

There are no other audio settings in Photoshop - the next step is to take a look at your computer settings. If they are OK , try a Preference reset.

There are three places where audio can be muted. Two look OK in your screenshot. If you click at the right end of the timeline and open the settings is that also set OK?

Thank for you for sharing this! I experinced the same issue. For anyone else that may experience the same problem, here is the dialog modal on PSD that helps you to reset the sound preferencesScreenshot-2025-05-13-at-7.48.59 PM.jpg

Had the same issue. My Answer is simple, uninstall Photoshop - Reboot and reinstall. It works great.
