Hey guys,

I have this banner and I need to make it into a square, but the banner content needs to follow a circular shape. Does photoshop come with any tools to achieve that?

Note that in your photograph, the image appears twice. The first step, then, is to repeat the line. (You may consider it appearing 3 times)

1. Open a new file with a common height and width and a bit larger than the object

3. Choose the Move tool and shift the object close to, but not touching the left edge.

4. Choose the Crop tool. In the Options bar set the ratio to 1:1. Drag the bottom right corner handle diagonally until there is a one-letter space between the last letter of the object and the right edge.

5. Center the object vertically. I used the crossbar of the "e" as a reference.

6. Choose Select > All. Then choose Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates. Choose Rectangular to Polar. To prefer the image, adjust the percent listed below the inset illustration and click OK.

If this technique is used with a type line, the type must be rasterized

Thank you for the detailled answer. My path was already correct - the deal i was lacking was to put the text in the center of the image.
