hi can anyone help me figure out how to clear up the number plate on this vehicle it was stolen last night.

How do I add a pic?

I just got the corrected info. A car was stolen and the car with the blurry number plate was following right behind, so my neighbors assumed that car was involved in the robbery

If it's your vehicle or the vehicle of someone you know, can you find out the number without the blurry picture that you haven't posted yet?

You need to post an image of the number plate.

we get these requests regularly, and usually there’s not enough detail for us to help.

If the blutr is very blurry there is no detail you can recover Photoshop is not TV's NCSI Crime lab. Post the image you have.
