Border designing automobile windshield front and rear

Hi everyone i need some help regarding the designing of cars windshield border or frit both rear and front can any one help me out that how can i design that with the 100% accuracy. i also attached somes pictures that i want to design. or if anyone of you can give me the link from where i got the sizes of the wind shields and that designs.

please help me out thank you.

    I am not sure I understand your question.

    If you are asking about the transition effect from black to white you can:

    Make a blurred transition using a feathered selection and filling with black. Then change the image mode to grayscale and use Filter > Pixellate > Color Half tone

    If you want the dimensions of actual windscreens - search the car enthusiast sites

    Hi davescm i tried as you said but in my case that half tone is not same as like yours plx check the image that i attached can you please help me out and also tell me the values which you use for the color halftone filter,

    in my image the box edges also have some small dots and the half tone (the dots) are not straight sequence these are tilted. help me Thanks

    For the halftone just adjust the abgle to 45 degrees and the dot size to whatever looks right

    For the second screen just build it up in shapes and strokes with then pen tool
