Brush Strokes with Text

Hi

For the brush strokes try some of Kyle's brushes . I used two from his Megapack, which is free with a CC subscription,

Paintbox - Big Bad Wolf and Paintbox Bristle 3

For the transparent text - type the text - then right click on the text layer and in blending options turn fill to 0% and Knockout to shallow
