Brush tool right-click in Photoshop 22.1.1

When I'm using the brush tool in earlier version of Photoshop, right-click used to open the Brushes dialog right next to my cursor. This was handy.

In Photoshop 22.1.1, when I right-click on a raster/paint layer, nothing happens.

I can't find anything in the hotkeys list about what right-click does. The 'painting tools' article doesn't mention right-clicking either.

Is something supposed to happen? How would I check? Is this a problem with my system, or does right-click no longer do anything in the latest version? Can I restore the (useful) older behavior?
