[BUG] Problem with transparency

Hello everybody. I got an issue with Photoshop :

There is my bottom layer with white background and transparency in the middle and my top layer with some blurred black color. Everything was fine before today. Now when I make some gradient in front of transparency, I have these pixelated artifacts. I tried to reinstall Photoshop and my GC drivers but the problem is still there

Any idea ?

Thanks

EDIT : I have the exact same problem as described in the thread but it looks like there is no solution

A background layer does not support transparency if that is a background layer which we can not tell if it is for you have not posted the layers palette the shows the document has a visible background layer.

In some area you have three layer of color pixels being blended  and in some area two layer of colored pixels for your bottom layer not a background layer has transparency.

We would not be able to see any pixelation you see for this site resizes image posted. We foe noy have the three layers, How does each look as the only visible layer.  Is it one layer or are all the layer pixelated.
