Can I use Laptop Core i7 6600u for Digital Painting

Dear All,

I love to draw and I want to use my old Dell laptop Intel Core i7-6600u / RAM 8GB with full-HD screen to learn and practice Photoshop for digital painting and art. Can I use for that purpose?

You should be fine, although 16GB of RAM would be better, also what operating system does it have
