Can not move wacom cursor in photoshop cc 2019

Hi,

I have this problem with photoshop only:

1/ lagging while window ink is ON

so I

2/ turn OFF window ink in wacom tablet properties

and create PSUserConfig file with UseSystemStylus 0

It seem pressure sensitive works (no triangle warning, preview stroke have pointing tip) but then I can not MOVE cursor inside photoshop using my wacom pen but mouse, its totally freezed

(alt-tab switch to other programs like chrome, explorer.. pen still works well ->> it may have something wrong with the " usesystemstylus" in photoshop setting folder right? bc other programs are not affected).

I have try to remove all user preferences of wacom tablet, reinstall wacom driver, reinstall photoshop, uncheck press and hold for right-clicking but no help.

Anyone have any other solution for this?

    HI,

    After a long frustrated day here's how I have fixed my problem:

    I read this one Re: Cursor refuses to move when using Tablet

    and I can not find two wacom drivers but there are "wacom tablet" and freaking "ISD tablet".

    So I uninstall both and reinstall wacom driver from wacom website. (6.33.3-3)

    then put "PSUserConfig", uncheck window ink and remove all user preferences from wacom file utility.

    Now everything work perfectly thank all.

      If you pen can move the cursor make syre the Wacom service has not  crashed or stoped working.

      Use a command like or bat

      net stop WTabletServicePro

      net start WTabletServicePro

      Hi, thanks for that but

      as I said the pen works perfectly in other programs like paint tool sai, clip paint studio.. but only freezed inside photoshop
