Can't edit these layers with a red eye-icon

It looks like thisIt looks like this

Hi,

All of a sudden the eye-icon has turned red and I can't edit the layer or turn the eye-icon on or off. What should I do?

Hi

You can right click on the eye icon and select no color, are the layers locked by any chance
