can't load icc profiles, show as greyed out files

Hi, i'm trying to load an icc profile in Photoshop 2021 (up to date) but it shows as greyed out, is there an easy fix? Thanks

Ok, worked it out. The profile was CMYK only and I was trying to load it in the main setting at top, loaded it in CMYK now and it's fine.
