Having problems making PDF's. The files are pretty big which might be the problem as I saw earlier that PS has a 30,000 pixel limit in any direction. Making a mural for wheatpasting, street art, 12 ft wide 36inches high (piece will be 3 strips like that) and can't seem to output as PDF. Been using some online apps to convert them but they have 100 meg limits and this is a bit bigger then that.
When I try to Save As it doesnt have the PDF option.

The Document you created must exceed some PDF limit so there is no Save as PDF option. I do not know why you would want to save your Image as a PDF document. Normally you would save your image with a different file format like PSD, PSB, Jpeg, Tiff, PNG. All have File size limits except PSB. PSD, PSB and Tiff file format can] save you Layers. Smaller single composite Image Layer files can also be saved. Jpeg, PNG and Tiff. 2GB is the normal file size limit however Tiff limit is 4GB, PSB has no limit other the device space.
Also a image 12 feet wide is not normally view up close so you most likely do not need a high resolution image 300 DPI. 100 or 200 Dpi will most likely be good. Photoshop CC has no problem creating and working on Document with a width greater than 30,000 PX performance may not be the best. A 12' x 3' 300DPI document would be 43,200 px by 10800 px. You most likely do not need your Image to have a 300 DPI print resolution. However Photoshop Should be able to save that size Image as PSD, Jpeg, Tiff and PNG file. Flat High resolution image that size should save around 300MB in size.

Thanks for the response.
I am having these printed from an on-line printer and they only except PDF files. The purpose of the prints is for street-art, large cheaply printed pieces that get wheat-pasted on walls. So, the quality need not be for a gallery or high end print.
I was on the phone with Adobe for almost 2 hours today and he finally told me what I told him earlier which was what I read on the forum about the 30,000 pixel limit at width or height.

I think my screen capture shows you that is not true. However Differnt File formats have different capabilities and different limits. Jpeg does not support transparency and only support 8bit color.
It appears that the PDF file format does have a 30,000 pixel width limit. As I wrote you most likely do not need a 300 DPI Print resolution for you image. I was able to save 12' x 3' 100 DPI and 200DPI image as PDF files. A 208DPI will also work but 210 DPI and above will not at 12' x 3' 144" x 36".
