Can’t Move Texture In Layer Style?

So you know how in the Bevel & Emboss section of layer styles you can add a texture right? Well before, I was able to just click on that and move the texture on the layer by clicking a dragging directly on the image, but that doesn’t seem to work anymore. In fact, all of my layer styles now have their texture reset to the default position and are unmovable, effectively ruining some of the effects as they partially relied on those texture placements. What happened?

I noticed this, and then checked to see if there was an update for Photoshop CC, which there was, so I installed it thinking that it might fix it, but it didn’t.
