Can't Print Calibration Bars in CC or CS4

Does anyone know how to get calibration bars to print? I'm trying to prep images for a commercial printer and neither app is working. On CS4, when I open the output list, all the options are available EXCEPT calibration bar. I've even scaled my image down drastically tiny to see if size was the issue, but that didn't fix it. And on CC, I don't even see calibration bars as an option at all, anywhere. Please help! I need to get these prints done ASAP but have no idea what to do. I am printing using an Epson Artisan 1430.
