Cannot enable View Show Edit Pins

Photoshop CC17 trying to activate Edit Pins as I have a need for the blur gallery. View the Show everything below some 3D fuction is grayed and cannot be activated. Help please. Need the function for a college class.  Thanks.

View menu > Extras should be checked on by clicking on that item in order to see the pins. View menu > Show > Edit Pins should be checked on.

If you still can't show the pins, let me know.

Hi there

So my extras is checked and I still cannot activate the edit pins to resize my images. Is there anything else I could look at?

same here. i cant check edit pins even Extra is checked. what's wrong with that? 😞

I've seen this post, but no answer is given.  Still can't edit pins and everything suggested has been tried

For those whose "Edit pins" is grayed out: you have to go to the "Edit" mode first

1. Go to the Edit mode (E.g: Filter > Blur Gallery > Field Blur)

2. View > Show > Edit pins (It should be able to be checked now)
