cannot get hue wheel to display (cc2017, macOS)

Tried troubleshooting this, ticked "use graphics processor" in preferences, restarted but still, whenever I use the Shift + ALT + right click shortcut, I get a menu to select the layer type.

Do I have to reinstall?

For the Mac, the command is: Control Option Command Click

If you do not see the color wheel HUD Color Picker then first go to Photoshop >Preferences > General (or Press Cmd K), and in the HUD Color Picker drop-down select Color Wheel. Then follow the keyboard combination described above to get the Wheel HUD Color Picker.

Thanks gener7. I had set up the wheel option but did not find that set of commands for the hue wheel in other searches; that worked.
