Cannot use text brush

Hi there,

So this is doing my head in...a LOT

I can't use the text tool in PS at all because of this bizarre error that keeps changing the value of 'something' to an incomprehensible size

My layers are fine, and the text/font is not bogus, I get a line x100 bigger than my canvas and 0 text.

That value cannot be changed. And I really...really am about to go spare.

If anyone can help, that'd be grand.

Hi, please post the contents of help>system info, so that we get to know your OS, its version, the exact version of Photoshop you are running, the date of the GPU driver, etc.
