Hi Why did I get charged for a free trial for photoshop how do I get refund

I was also charged for a free trial, I did cancel it 5 days before the trail deadline date.  Sometimes I feel Adobe is just out to get my money.  I am sure they will fight tooth and nail to avoid giving me refund. I was charged $22.39 and it didn't even do what I wanted to try out.  Adobe website is horrible,  and everyhing about it leaves me with a bad taste. I am actually thinking of cancelling all my plans!!

Tell me about it I am trapped in a year plan now. Have any tips on how to get out of this?

I was able to reach an online chat with an Adobe agent and cancelled the 'free trail' that I was charged for. It was difficult to find it , but if you click on the 'help' tab somewhere it shows up. If you are patient enough to communicate by text on this online chat box, I suggest you do it. They even refunded me for the trouble.

I cant see that, Im signed in, on Chrome, cookies allowed, still no option. So please, how can I contact somebody to help me?

When did you sign up?  If anything,  I would call up Adobe's customer service,  because they would be able to help you in reversing any charges.

I've signed up in March for a free trial. And cancelled it before the 10th day of trial. I have been debited since then even if I haven't used the website at all cause I was sure I've cancelled it. Could you refund me the last payment you have made without my consent please. Many thanks
