Clone Stamp - Define Source Without Using Keyboard

Contributor ,

I am in a unique situation and cannot find any answers at all. My guess is what I am trying to do is not possible. Long story short, I do not have access to the option key on my Mac keyboard, and I must use the clone stamp to make some photo edits. Without the option key, I cannot "option-click" to define source. Is there any other way at all to define source without option-clicking?

(The long story as to why I cannot use option key... I am working remotely via the VNC client assigned by my employer, and this client apparently has the known issue of not recognizing the option key on Mac. I do not have the option of changing VNC clients.)

Unfortunately, no.

Interestingly, when I press the Option key on the actual keyboard, the Command key is highlighted on the keyboard viewer.

What version of macOS are you using?

Can you give us the brand of the VNC client?
