Cmd+Alt+Shift+E shortcut not working

Hi all,

After resetting my photoshop cc, cmd alt shift e is not working if I want to enact it via my keyboard.

Also Cmd E is not working as well.

Can someone please advise how to get these commands back into working order as a keyboard shortcut? Im on Mac OS.

As your shortcuts are not working could you please let us know which version of Photoshop are you using and on which operating system?
