Colors are showing up too light?

Hey guys! I've browsed around here trying to find an answer, but nothing seems to match my problem.

I was drawing, just normally, using a blue colored brush tool to sketch and then all of a sudden, when I moved from one finger to the next one I was drawing, it went completely light on me. The blue went to an incredibly light blue, almost white. I tried changing the color, restarting the program, playing around with whatever buttons I had clicked on last, and nothing has worked. I haven't changed modes, used overlays or anything like that. Any ideas?

Without a screenshot of your brush settings and options bar it is almost impossible to answer this. However,

check those brush settings:

Are you using a tablet and have you lost pen pressure?

Have you changed the opacity or flow settings of the brush?

Have you changed the brush mode or layer mode?

Try resetting the brush tool and reloading the brush

Hey! Thank you, somehow the brush opacity shot down to 10%, though I hadn't touched it. Thanks a ton!

You're welcome 🙂

You may have accidently pressed a number key. 1 through to 0 adjusts opacity in increments of 10%
