Colour Replacement Tool Missing

I'm in Photoshop cc 2020, Photography mode,and in windows 10.

The brush tool ony lets me select itself and thePencil tool. The other options are missing. There's nothing in the Options bar about colour replacement. .Can you give me some guidance how to locate it please.

Thanks Ged, that worked for me. I had it set to Photography.
