colour swatches have disappeared

I have just uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop because it was corrupted. I have lost my full colour spectrum in the Swatches panel. It is now only displaying six colours. This is urgent as I am unable to do my work. Please tell me how to fix this. The Adobe chat centre seem unable to resolve or understand the issue.

Are you referring to the default swatches or the legacy swatches

Hi, I have subsequently learnt that this is just the way that the new PS is now. Thank you.
