I am creating a script on phots hop with the CC 21.1.2 version, how can I know with which previous version it can be compatible and how to check that?
Is there a way to install the first versions of cc while keeping my current version, because with creative cloud the oldest version that is possible to install and cc 20.0.9.
and if so, where to find it?

If you post the script other users can report back.
Adobe have indeed limited the availability of downloads in the CC Desktop app. Have you tried a Google search for old CC installer downloads?

I can not publish the script, it is a product designed to be sold, and yes I do not understand why Adobe has limited previous versions, I will do a search so on google, but this is not serious of the by adobe, especially when you pay for the service

If the Actions and Scripts use features in Photoshop 21.1.2 that do not exist in older versions that will be compatibility issues with some Photoshop versions. Old version may not have support for all the features used by the Photoshop 21.1.2 scripts and actions. Even some of the old basic operating in Photoshop have changes over the years. There are compatibility between implementation. Adobe has also added bugs to Photoshop versions that they have not addresses so there are some compatibility issues an automated process may run into.
Adobe stops supporting versions of Photoshop when the release a new version. New versions have new bugs and version may get many updates. Some updates are buggy than others. You should always have more than one version of Photoshop installed. So you have a version you can get your work done with. I tried and proven version the works for your processing. Scripts and actions operations may differ between users because of preferences and hardware and software configuration. It is not possible to know when the may be an issue.
There have been 21 Photoshop versions of as for CC versions they would be Photoshop CC, CC 2014, CC 2105, CC 2015.5, CC 2017, CC 2018, CC 2019 and PS 2020. IMO CC 2014 and CC 2018 are quite stable good versions to have. Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application supports installing CC 2019 abd PS 2020.

you didn't really answer my question.
yes I know that it is possible that it is not compatible, but I must verify that, how I do that, and where I can download the previous version of photoshop?

Even if you install old versions of Photoshop you can not answer that question. You can not test every possible systems configuration software settings and device etc. There will be issues that may or may not be addressed. Every version of Photoshop has its share of bugs that are not fixed. You can bet on that its money in the bank.
