Converting PSD to vector...

I created a logo in Photoshop and used Export as SVG but viewing it in a web browser it's still jaggy (not a surprise).

Is there any practical way to convert it or do I need to re-create it in a vector program?

Thank you

If all layers in your Photoshop document were Vector Layers when you exported the svg from Photoshop the Svg file may contain all vector graphics.  However,  Photoshop in basically a pixels editor normal Photoshop raster layers would not be vector graphics in the svg File. It would be a raster image.    Photoshop actually does not support SVG file as vector graphics.  If you open a SVG file using File>Open.  Photoshop will import the svg as a single raster layer. Photoshop does the same  for  EPS, PDF.

Use AI  its  Adobe vector editor.

Adobe Illustrator (vector) would be the best approach. It has a Trace option that will be helpful, too.
