Do you have the Raw Images or just psds, tiffs or (yuck) jpgs?

Could you post an example? 

Have you tried Filter > Noise > Dust & Scratches? 

Naturally such Filters should be applied as Smart Filters to avoid unnecessary image degredation in case the settings need changing later on.
