My Photoshop CS5 says that the developer needs to update it.  How do I proceed when the chat support workers can't help?

If you are seeing that message on a Mac, it refers to an application not being compliant with the requirements for macOS 10.15 Catalina. If you're seeing the message on an earlier version of macOS, Apple is giving you advance warning that the application isn't going to work if you upgrade macOS to 10.15 Catalina.

How to proceed: You must upgrade to a version that meets the requirements for macOS 10.15 Catalina. Photoshop CS 5 does not, because it was released almost 10 years ago. None of the old CS versions are compatible. The current version of Photoshop is compatible, so that's what you'll need.
