DDS files will not open since the Photoshop 2021 upgrade

Hi all,

Super frustrating for a few reasons:

1. Nvidia Texture Tools and Intel Texture Works were working PERFECT before they forced this update, now the program will not open any DDS files

2. I have tried everything to download Nvidia Texture Works again, and it is making me go through this account creation process and asking if it is for a business or if I am a student (In a required field), and I am only using this for personal use.

3. I spend over $30 a month for this application, and these updates just kicking out functionality, and the lack of true support (Ease of use) to get important plugins is incredibly annoying.

Can anybody tell me how to get the Nvidia Texture Tools download without having to go through that login process? I don't understand why I need to do this when all I am doing is getting basic plugins for common files. Is Nvidia Texture Tools even what I need anymore to open DDS files?
