Dehaze filter gone in Photoshop CC2015.5

I have Photoshop CC 2015.5 and am in the 2012 processor and the dehaze filter is no where to be found. It is supposed to be under the effects tab in Raw and is there on my desktop (windows 7) but not on my laptop (also windows 7). I had updated my laptop to CC2017 but the program was taking 5 minutes to open (never had that problem before) so I reverted to CC 2015.5. And now....no dehaze filter. I hesitate to update Bridge back to the CC2017 version because I will only go back to the problem of having to take a nap while waiting for it to open.

Any suggestions?

    Hi

What camera raw version are you using (look at top left of camera raw ). When I open CC 2015.5 it is using 9.8

Interesting...I have 9.7. But if I try to update, I assume it will force the CC2017 version on me and that's what was taking nearly 5 minutes to load on my laptop. I've been using Photoshop CC/Bridge/Raw since the subscription started and have never had this problem before.

Can someone tell me what version of Raw CC2017 uses? Again, if I wind up there, I'm going to have to have coffee and read a book every time I want to open Bridge on the laptop. The laptop is running Windows 7 and I've never had a processing power problem before.
