divide a photo in to 6 section the same size. to be cut out and put back together on a web page .

Hi I would like help to divide a photo in to 6 section the same size. these image are then put in to a web page. make a full image again and each becomes a hot spot. I would like to be able to do this without a thin line appearing where Ps has cut out the images.

View > New Guide Layout > 6 columns, zero gutter

 

Select the slice tool, then in the menu bar press the "Slices from guides" button

 

File > Export > Save for web (legacy)

 

Save with all slices with HTML and Images.

As an addendum: the slice tool is an alternate of the Crop tool, click and hold to see it.
