DLL-Problem while starting PS2021

Hi,

I updated photoshop several times without any problems. But after installing photoshop 2021 I´am getting an error every time I am starting the program. A window appears that tells me that DLL-files are missing (ippcvn8.dll). I am using the latest version of windows 10. Maybe Ps2021 isn´t compatible with my CPU. It is an old PC I brought from work with an "Intel(R) Core(TM) Quad CPU Q9550@2.83), so it isn´t an actual Intel i, but an Intel Core2. Is this the problem? Where can I get the DLL? I haven´t found them in the internet.

Can anyone help me? Photoshop 2020 is still working. It is only Ps2021 that have this issue.
