DNG converter for macOS 10.10.1

Hi, 

I have a macbook pro running mac OS 10.10.1 and use photoshop cs4 to edit photos. I just bought a Nikon d3300 and I'm not able to open the RAW files. 

Apparently I should use Adobe DNG Converter 8.4 but it seams that there are no versions running on my OS.

Does anybody know how to fix this issue?
